This bar has all the benefits of the super foods I have sneaked in, along with the delicious flavour you would expect of a quality, dark chocolate.

Light Chocolate

This bar has a mellow flavour, created by the lucuma and mesquite. My 3 year old loves it. I made it to appeal to anyone who usually goes for a milk chocolate bar.

Chilli, Lemon & Cashew

This one will warm your cockles! A good hit of chilli, with a refreshing hint of lemon, and really raw cashew nuts for extra crunch and sweetness. The cayenne dilates blood vessels, enabling the goodness of the cacao to reach your cells more easily.

Banana, Hazelnut, Honey and Raisin

A firm favourite. A lighter shade of dark with chewy banana, juicy raisins and crunchy hazelnuts. The kids will love it (and so will you)!

Saturn

Deliciously different dark chocolate. It's called Saturn because I am soon to be turning 30 and seem to have been in the throes of my Saturn Return for some time now. I have included in this bar essential oil of bergamot, as well as a good dose of purple corn and he shou wu, all of which I have found very helpful at times to keep me going in the right direction!

Cacao Butter, Cacao Powder, Mesquite, Yacon Syrup, He Shou Wu, Purple Corn Extract, Pink Himalayan Rock Salt, Absolute Oil of Vanilla, Essential Oil of Bergamot.

Rose
